| 《Stories》原唱比利时女歌星Viktor Lazlo，齐豫翻唱，收录于齐豫1987年1月推出的同名专辑《Stories》中。 Stories 描述一位失恋的姑娘决定投湖自尽前结束生命前的独白，绝望凄美至极。 Stories 故事 (Speach) （独白） I remember quite clearly now when this story happened 我很清楚地记得故事是怎么发生的 The autumn leaves were floating and measured downto the ground Recovering the lake where we used to swim like children 秋叶飘飘再度覆盖那我们曾如孩童般嬉游的湖面 On the sun would dare to shine That time,we used to be happy 太阳炫丽的照着 那时 我们真的好快乐 Well, I thought we were 至少 我以为我们是的 Bnt the truth was that -- You had been longing to leave me Not daring to tell me 然而事实的真相是你早就想离我而去只是不敢告诉我 On that precious night watching the lake vaguely conscious You said: our story was ending 那夜在薄薄的意识中凝视着湖面，意识渐渐模糊 你说：我们的故事就要结束！ Now i'm standing here No one to wipe away my tears 如今我原地伫立 没有人帮我抹去眼泪 No one to keep me warm And no one to walk along with 没有人让我取暖没有人与我同行 No one to make me feel No one to make me whole 没有人再令我感动 没有人让我觉得完整 Oh ! what am i to do ? 喔！我该如何是好？ I'm standing here alone It doesn't seem so clear to me 我一人独自伫立浑然不知所以 What am i supposed to do about this burningheart of mine 不知该将这颗燃烧的心搁置何处 Oh ! Tell me please ! 该如何反应？喔！谁能告诉我呢？ 1987年齐豫在众人不知如何期待的情况下发行了《Stories 故事》，意外引起超级热烈回响，歌迷全被她又说又唱且煽情至极的《Stories》吸引，尽管专辑里还有安德鲁洛伊韦伯的舞台剧超强红歌《回忆》(Memory)，众人却仍被《Stories 故事》陷入绝望爱恋情境，感动得无以复加。 1988年第三张英文专辑「PARADISE BIRD」与国语专辑「有没有这种说法」同时发行。 「STORIES」，此张邀来资深乐评人同时当时也在滚石工作的吴正忠负责选曲，选了不少适合齐豫风格的歌曲，像是《Light A Light》、《Unknown Musician》，也第一次选唱了唐麦克林（Don McLean）的歌曲《Castle in the Air》，她算是台湾歌手中最爱翻唱他的歌，包括《Vincent》、《And I Love You So》全都不输原唱。不过，齐豫至爱的歌曲《钻石与铁绣》（Diamond and Rust）则是她坚持收录的歌曲，此曲为美国民谣女将琼拜雅兹(Joan Baez)的名曲，半自传地描述她与巴布迪伦（Bob Dylan）的感情故事。 听过的歌交织人生，各自成为一个故事。有些歌，本身就是故事，第一次听你可能草草听过，第二次听你开始听出旋律，第三次会听出故事…然后某些惨白的往事浮出，不知道听了第几次，当歌曲结束的时候，你觉得自己又完整的死了一次，「STORIES」就是这样一首歌。 |
